I think that whoever designed this photo was brilliant, not only because of the colors, but the time and effort they put into their art. Maybe it was a group of people, or everybody participated, but it is beautiful. It looks like something that would come out of a Dr. Seuss book, and all the characters are living in their own colorful world. I like how the photographer got far away to capture all the buildings because up close it may just look like one colorful building, and people may only see one color. It's a fun way to portray art because the colors are so bright and vibrant, and everybody will always be able to see it. The colors may be a way to bring more life there especially since all the other buildings look older and a little run down where as these bring more excitement into the community.
